Mine is carpool duty at the end of the day and I love it. I know it may sound weird, but it is a mandatory time for me to decompress, be outside (y’all, it’s almost December in Louisiana and look how I’m dressed!!!), chat with kids I teach and those I don’t, smile at parents, breathe the fresh air, and connect with my colleagues who are in the same spot as me!

I recorded episode 28 as a reflection of the session I attended at ACTFL by Abelardo Almazán-Vázquez who presented Reflections and Testimonies on the use of Inclusive Language in the Spanish Classroom.
