Bring on the Blessings!

I am home sick and was told I can’t return to school until tomorrow so as not to risk spreading this horrible virus. SO what should I do!? Focus on the positive and not the negative! (and do lots of sleeping and blogging!)

I have SO much to be thankful for lately! My mom has recently become obsessed with “The  Secret” and she is constantly reminding me to be THANKFUL for what I have and be ready and willing to accept MORE good things in my life and to visualize what that looks like. So, about 2 months ago I started visualizing being able to travel all over the country sharing my passion of teaching using Comprehensible Input and before I knew it, I was signed up for presenting/mentoring at 5 different conferences across 4 different states with 3 more conferences/trainings in the works! Click here to see a list of these AWESOME training and collaboration opportunities for CI teachers!

I am so grateful for all of the good things happening in my life right now and so excited about all of the people I am meeting and interacting with on a weekly basis!

I bought Isla a book for Christmas called “The Thank You Book” and it is page upon page of this little piggy and his elephant friend thanking all his animal friends for all they do.. and in the end piggy realizes he has forgotten to thank the most important person! His READER!

SOOO…..thank YOU for reading, watching, emailing, engaging and supporting me! It is so fun to share what I love, with teachers from all over the world! 🙂

I am going to go work on some more blogs and see what I can accomplish today! 🙂

Until next time,

HAPPY TEACHING! and THANK YOU!

Love,

La Maestra Loca

I met this rockstar French teacher at LFLTA this year! She is a French teacher version of ME! How cool is that?!
